How can I move or rearrange canvases?

Move

Grab the title of a canvas and move it to a new position. If you have more than one canvas selected, you can move all of them by dragging the title of any of them.

Rearrange

Select more than one canvas and use the contextual menu to arrange them into row, column or a grid.
